Where do you ship products and how much is Shipping?

Australian Postcodes:

  • We offer FREE shipping for orders over $150
  • We offer Standard Shipping $7.95 for orders under $150
  • Express Post- Australia Post can not guarantee overnight delivery, due to COVID 19.
  • This service aims to deliver within 2 working days to Metropolitan areas of Sydney (could be delayed due to the COVID 19 disruptions) and longer if you live in a remote area of Australia. Australian Post will cover 80% of Australian businesses and private addresses.
  • We do not ship to Christmas Island, Norfolk Island, Lord Howe Island or West Indian Islands.

New Zealand and International Postage 

New Zealand and other International customers don’t pay the Australian GST and your item price/s will be updated at checkout to reflect this.

Parcels may take 3-7 days to reach New Zealand and may be subject to import taxes or duties. These taxes and Duties will be your responsibility to pay.

If you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver your products to you. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax. It will be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country.

Lilypond Creations ships all orders processed online via  Australia Post. We are committed to providing a quality delivery service to ensure you receive what you wanted, hassle free and fast.  We make every effort to dispatch orders the next business day, meaning these should arrive one day thereafter with the exception of regional areas where some further delays may be experienced, likely no more than two to three additional business days. Please note orders are not shipped on public holidays. Due to COVID there could be some delays.

 All orders over $150 are shipped at no charge to the consumer provided they are located within mainland Australian states or territories including Tasmania. We do not ship to Christmas, Norfolk, Home, Lord Howe or West Islands at no charge. If you are located in an area outside of mainland Australia we are happy to discuss shipping options to your location and can be contacted via email at: sales@lilypondcreations.com.au  

We cannot guarantee that items will be left when the address is unattended.  Depending on the carrier, a calling card may be left should a product be not dropped off to an unattended address. 

How do I know it is safe to shop with you,using my credit card?

There are systems in place to ensure your credit card details are secure and never given or sold to a third party. You can be reassured by looking for a “key lock” on the web browser. Please see Privacy Policy

 

I’ve placed an order when will it arrive?

    When you order online you will receive an email stating we have received your order. You will then receive a follow up email, when it has been dispatched.  Australia Post  will  email you a tracking number.   

     

    How do I return a product if it is faulty?

       Sorry to hear the product is faulty. We work hard to ensure all our products are up to standard before shipping. Please contact us so we can guide you through the returns process. We are committed to rectifying any the issues in a timely manner. To speed up the process taking a photo of the fault would be advantageous. Also please read our Returns Policy

       

      Can I return a gift card for a refund?

      Sorry Gift cards are not refundable. Keep them in a safe place and treat them like cash until you redeem it on Lilypond Creations website, www.lilypondcreations.com.au. If you loose it, we cannot replace the card or recover the information about the Gift Card.

       

      How do I unsubscribe from the Newsletter?

        Scroll down to the bottom of your Newsletter / email and click on unsubscribe.

         

        When do you have new products?

        Check the website collection New Arrivals. I am regularly making new products to add to my Collections. I am continually coming up with new design ideas that I think my customers will need and like. If you have subscribed to my Newsletter by filling out the Contact Us page you will automatically get updates on new products and Collections.
